Support & Training Specialist (Spanish speaking) m/f

Caldera publishes imaging and digital printing software for professionals in the visual communication sector. For several years, we have experienced a regular growth in terms of export (75% of our export turnover, in 50 countries). This is why we now wish to strengthen our Support & Training team by recruiting a new Support & Training Specialist.

After a period of adaptation and training with Caldera's products and methods, you will be attached to our Support & Training Manager; as a part of our team, you will be given the following assignments :
- Training our resellers/distributors' final users and technicians to use our products
- Installing and defining the parameters of our solutions sold on site
- Answering the resellers' and final users' hotline phone calls

You will also have the opportunity to selectively assist our commercial team during pre-sales actions or on international trade shows.

Ideally, you have at least a high school diploma or baccalaureate plus two years' higher education in computer science and/or graphic-design, and a good knowledge of the Linux or Mac environments. A pedagogue and dynamic person, you constantly care about customer service, and wish to evolve in a fast-growing structure. You must be imperatively fluent in English (reading and writing) as well as Spanish and have a smart appearance.

A first experience, even a short one, in one of the aforementioned assignments will be quite an asset ; a driving license and a valid passport will be appreciated.

Payment : The payment package is to be defined depending on your profile and experience.
