Caldera strengthens sales force for Asia

Caldera has strengthened its sales staff with the arrival of Nan Jin. Mrs Jin will be reinforcing the sales team as Area Sales Manager for Asia Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korean, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Cambodia. Native Chinese, fluent in French and English, Nan has a good sales experience on international markets.

Caldera appoints Mickael Trens manager for Canada

Caldera has also appointed Mickael Trens sales area manager for Canada. In this new role, Mickael will be responsible for identifying and maximising opportunities to grow sales in the Canadian market, matching an understanding of customer needs with Print-to-Cut workflow solutions and the best possible service to existing and new clients. He will get strong marketing support on this mission from Canadian native, Sebastien Hanssens, Caldera's Vice President of Marketing and Communication.

Caldera at FESPA 2010 in Munich

Caldera strengthens its Support team

Caldera has strengthened its Support and Training staff for North and Latin America with the appointment of Carlos Rodas. Mr Rodas has a strong experience of customer support with previous positions in the digital printing industry.

Carlos Rodas will be based in Los Angeles, and his fluency in English and Spanish will be much appreciated by Caldera's customers.

Caldera integrates i1®Prism, X-Rite's next generation color management technology, into Caldera's EasyMedia V8.0, Caldera's color management, calibration and ICC profile making solution for the signage and wide format digital imaging markets. EasyMedia users can now expand their access to state-of-the-art profiling technology.

New strategic partnership with SwissQprint

Caldera Graphics has entered a strategic partnership with SwissQprint for the supplying of production RIPs with the wide format SwissQprint Oryx printer. SwissQprint has more than 10 years of experience in the business of UV printing and brings to the market a new level in quality standards thanks to its Oryx offer.

SGIA 2009 Software Product of the Year Award

Caldera was awarded DPI Best Product of the Year Award for its RIP product line featuring the Adobe PDF Print Engine at the SGIA 09 in New Orleans. This award identifies the pre-eminent products in the digital graphics field, those that clearly provide new definition of the industry technology and recognizes outstanding products that have impacted 2009 and will impact 2010.

Caldera expands sales and accounting team

Caldera has strengthened its sales staff with the arrival of Nan Jin. Mrs Jin will be responsible for business development in Asia.

Tristan Arama and Anissa Boutrid have joined Caldera to reinforce Caldera’s accounting department and will manage the implementation of our new ERP solution.

Caldera is certified for HP Designjet L25500 printer

Caldera achieved certification as an HP first alliance partner for its Raster Image Processor (RIP) Certification Program, supporting the new HP Designjet L25500 Printer.

Certification tests for the HP Designjet L25500 Printer include print quality, productivity, the range of HP and custom media profiles that can be supported.

Caldera awarded the VISCOM Innovation Award

Caldera was awarded the VISCOM INNOVATION 2009 Award for its new software FLOW+, Business Automation and Control workflow solution for the Wide Format Printing Market, at the VISCOM Düsseldorf 2009.

The jury recognized the innovative character of Flow+, highlighting that this product brings users a real added value in the organization of their Print Company and is a true innovation for the Visual Communications market.
