19 years of Wide Format Imaging !

	2010 Launching of Caldera V8, optimized for X-Rite iPrism and the Adobe PDF Print Engine.
	2009 Caldera extends its partnership with Adobe and announces the integration of the Adobe® PDF Print Engine (APPE) into its RIP solutions. The association of the two technologies guarantees for production printing fast and reliable reproduction of files in the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), including complex images and transparencies.
	2008 Caldera launches new logo. The new Caldera logo is a simple, strong emblem with a modern vibe. Accompanying the logo is a graphic icon symbolizing the lava lamp, a reference to the meaning of the word Caldera : a crater formed by a volcanic explosion. The new symbol concisely represents Caldera's values : technology, power, modernism and innovation.
	2008 Caldera, in a strategic partnership with Pantone, Inc., announces a license agreement to integrate industry standard PANTONE colour Libraries in all of Caldera's software. Caldera receives "RIP of the Year" and "Best Overall Product" by Wide Format Magazine, USA. Caldera receives "Innovator Award" from FESPA.
	2007 Caldera introduces the new SUPER 7 update for its RIP software VisualRIP+ and GrandRIP+. The new Super7 update includes: Tiling+ ( a powerful Tiling module with a new improved interface and new features) and FlipMax (a lenticular module enabling you to create 2D Flips by interlacing images directly from within the RIP interface). Caldera is awarded "RIP of the Year" by Image Reports Magazine, UK.
	2006 Caldera is awarded "Product of the Year" by the Digital Printing and imaging Association DPI.
	2005 Version 7: Caldera expands to Print-to-Cut applications. Launch of EasyMedia, Caldera's integrated colour management and profile making solution
	2004 Caldera solutions are available on the Apple Store.
	2003 Caldera launches GrandRip+ as well as the Copy range, and announces MacOS X porting development. First development of Super Wide and Eco-Solvant printer drivers. The staff enters the new 1200 m² Caldera facilities.
	2002 Caldera Reproshop is awarded "Product of the Year" by the Digital Printing and imaging Association DPIA. Launch of CopyShop, a Print and Scan all-in-one solution.
	1998 Launch of the RIP & PRINT "on the fly" technology, enabling to RIP a second file while you RIP and print another job at the same time.
	1996 Caldera enters the digital printing market with the Cameleo product launch. The product enables the creation of ICC profiles.
	1991 Creation of Caldera by a team of university graduates specializing in 2D and 3D imaging.
